o   Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs. This includes but is not limited to any items that we may not have in stock and that are currently on backorder. Customers will receive an email invoice directing them to pay additional shipping cost separate from their original total for backordered item(s).

 

o   All items will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping including items on backorder.  

 

o   Customers will be provided with a tracking number once item(s) have shipped.

o   All items ship within 2-3 days.

 

o   Here at Maxed Out we ship with care and inspect all merchandise before shipping out. We are not responsible for any damaged merchandise customers may receive once their package has left our facility.

 

o   Maxed Out is not responsible for undeliverable, lost, or stolen packages.

 

o   At our discretion, customer package(s) found and returned to our facility may be re-shipped.  Customers are responsible for ALL re-shipping costs.

 

o   Note: On day of delivery all packages will be left in a mailing receptacle at the address provided or on the front step if no one is available to receive them.
